Jarvis is a healthcare Saas that I designed for GSK Pharmaceuticals. GSK wanted to take local pharmacies online, expand their reach, and make it easier for people to connect with pharmacists.

Problem Statement

Our journey began with the recognition of significant issues faced by clinics and pharmacies. These establishments were struggling to establish a robust online presence, relying heavily on traditional appointment booking systems. Pharmacies found it challenging to offer their own applications, limiting their potential for online medication sales.

Patients, on the other hand, were caught in a decades-old cycle of visiting doctors in person to obtain prescriptions and then making a separate trip to the pharmacy. Jarvis aimed to simplify this process, enabling patients to receive digital prescriptions and have medications conveniently delivered to their doorstep.

Persona Centered Approach

Our design journey was deeply rooted in a user-centric approach, focusing on the needs and challenges of both healthcare professionals and patients. We crafted user personas to represent these critical user groups, shaping our design choices based on their unique requirements.

Introducing Jarvis

Jarvis emerged as the comprehensive solution to address these pressing issues. We envisioned a platform where clinics and pharmacies could easily create their applications, enabling patients to book appointments and order medications effortlessly.

The platform aimed to create a virtual bridge where loyal users could engage with healthcare providers online and participate in surveys to enhance the quality of healthcare services.

User-Centric Design and UX Insights

We understood that to build a user-centric platform, it was imperative to involve our target users in the process. Qualitative research and concept testing became essential tools in shaping Jarvis.

With a comprehensive understanding of our users, we set out to design Jarvis with their needs at the forefront. The platform underwent multiple iterations based on UX insights gathered through usability testing and feedback loops.

This approach allowed us to fine-tune the interface, making it intuitive and user-friendly.

Backend Applications for Clinics and Pharmacies

These applications were carefully crafted to meet the distinct needs of both clinics and pharmacies.

The Pharmacy Portal is a comprehensive platform tailored for pharmacies to streamline their operations and enhance customer experience. Key features include:

Catalog Management: Pharmacies can effortlessly upload and manage their product catalog, ensuring that users have access to an extensive range of medications and healthcare products.

Order Management: A user-friendly interface allows pharmacies to efficiently process and manage incoming orders, ensuring timely deliveries.

E-commerce Capabilities: Pharmacies can offer a seamless online shopping experience to their customers, complete with secure payment gateways and order tracking.

Healthcare Surveys: Easily create and distribute healthcare surveys to gather valuable insights from patients, driving service improvements.

The Clinic Portal is designed to empower clinics with tools for efficient appointment management and patient care. Key features include:

Doctor Profile Management: Clinics can create and maintain detailed profiles for their doctors, helping patients make informed choices.

Appointment Scheduling: A sophisticated system for managing appointments, allowing clinics to optimize doctor availability and improve patient booking experiences.

Healthcare Surveys: Like pharmacies, clinics can engage with patients through surveys, fostering better patient-doctor interactions.
